To become a truly committed employer, we have implemented several structural initiatives and established precise performance indicators.
So, what is life really like at France Diffusion?
Smart indicators
Professional diversity
Internships, retraining, junior and senior hires… we welcome every type of professional profiles. The result? A rich diversity of backgrounds and personalities that complement each other perfectly.
Age distribution/workforce in 2025
Keeping things equal every day
Our team members are recruited based on their skills—not their gender, age, or background. We want everyone to have an equal opportunity.
For certain jobs, we do not require any specific degree. In 2025, we chose to publish our Professional Equality Index.
This initiative reflects our commitment to transparency, fairness, and the continuous improvement of our HR practices. The index was calculated based on criteria defined by current French regulations.
Professional Equality Index* M/W 2024
*Calculated according to the Egapro methodology :
1. The gender pay gap,
2. Fair distribution of individual raises,
3. The number of employees receiving a raise upon returning from maternity leave,
4. Gender balance among our top 10 highest-paid roles
We actively encourage the new fathers in our company to take their parental leave. Since 2020, 100% of our team members have taken their full parental leave. We are committed to ensuring that every employee—regardless of gender—receives the same rights, the same benefits, and the same fair pay.
Working environment

Providing optimal working conditions
At France Diffusion, we prioritize the daily well-being and safety of our employees, as well as their general working environment.
We have provided sit/stand desks, personalized ergonomic office equipment, and inviting break areas. Since June 2025, we have been a member of the "Référents Handicap" network ("Disability officers", co-managed by Agefiph, an association working for the professional intergration of people with disabilities), following the appointment of a dedicated Disability Inclusion Officer within the company.
Furthermore, to maintain the highest safety standards across both our offices and warehouse, we have also appointed a Health and Safety Officer.

Encouraging physical activity and sustainable commuting
To support our runners and cyclists, we provide on-site showers for everyone to use. Employees are welcome to enjoy their favorite sporting activities during their lunch hour, and we actively encourage those who can to cycle to work.
The advantages for our employees
Year-Round Employee Benefits
Being an SME does not stop us from providing high-level benefits to our employees. We provide 100% company-paid health insurance.
Since 2023, we have partnered with Wiismile to provide perks equivalent to those of a large works council (CSE). Our team members get discounts on travel, holiday accommodations, personal care services, and cultural or leisure activities...

Personalized work schedules
We strive to adapt to our employees' life projects through flexible working hours, training opportunities, and a 4.5-day week. We believe in open dialogue to find the right balance for everyone.
Our mobility plan also helps long-distance commuters coordinate carpooling, and we offer remote work options guided by our internal teleworking policy.
